Yield: One 8 oz. Serving
  1. When order for Fried Mushrooms comes in take 8 oz. portion of mushrooms and put into wash, move to breader, back to wash and again in breader.
  2. Turn mushrooms until completely coated
  3. Place in fry basket and cook for approximately 3 minutes, until Golden Brown
  4. Place cooked mushrooms in a clean Save-a-Day to drain excess shortening
  5. In a medium lined basket, place mushrooms at one end
  6. Place 3 oz. soufflé of ranch on the other side
  7. Sprinkle fry seasoning over mushrooms
